This indoor playground is absolutely brilliant for the little ones! It's spotlessly clean and tidy, and just the perfect size to relax while your child has a blast playing. The staff are ever so friendly, which adds to the wonderful experience. I can't get enough of this place! And to top it all off, with just one admission fee, your child can play all day long!

Oh, what a jolly good time my little ones had at this indoor playground! It kept them entertained for hours on end. The place boasts ample space, lockers to stow away your shoes (a unique touch that I've not seen elsewhere), and impeccably clean facilities. Quite reasonable prices too, and they offer a fantastic punch card deal where you can enjoy 10 visits for the cost of just 8. Simply splendid!

This place is absolutely fantastic! I just adore how Fun City Adventure Park next door is always bustling with activity, yet Kids Empire offers a more peaceful and spacious experience. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, especially Hailey. It's remarkable how much there is to enjoy at Kids Empire, yet it seems like a hidden gem compared to the crowds at Fun City Adventure Park! My kids and I had a splendid time last Sunday, and we will definitely be returning.

I had a rather unpleasant experience at the site in Bear, Delaware today. My friends and I visited with their children, aged 14 months and 11 months. We encountered an issue while completing the safety waivers. After submitting the waiver, a staff member informed us that on their system it showed my daughter as being 1 year old, even though she is not yet, hence I would have to pay the entry fee for that age group. Since she is only 11 months, she should be eligible for free entry. The staff asked me to fill out the form again multiple times, including once on my phone, but the issue persisted. When we requested to speak with the manager to resolve the matter, she came out with an attitude and simply told us to fill out the waiver again without offering a solution or explanation. As she walked away, she remarked, "I don't have the patience for this."

This behavior is highly unprofessional, especially in an environment catering to children where patience is crucial. Subsequently, we decided to request a refund for one of my friends who had previously visited without any hassle with the waiver. It took 20 minutes before a staff member informed us that they were attempting to contact customer support via phone, but to no avail. We spent an hour dealing with this issue, and our three little ones did not get to enjoy any playtime.

I am extremely disappointed with the management at this establishment. The manager did not personally address the situation after our initial interaction. Instead, she sent staff members to provide nonsensical answers and responses. It is unclear why she could not come out to speak with us directly, as that is expected of managers. When we inquired about her name, the staff members acted evasively and hesitated to provide it, claiming uncertainty. I do not recommend this location.

The indoor playground had a dedicated space for toddlers and our 22-month-old enjoyed a lovely playtime there. We purchased a day pass, which was great as it allowed us to come and go throughout the day. We went back home for our little one's afternoon nap and returned in the evening for more fun. It was a positive experience overall.

We had an absolutely splendid time at Kids Empire. The lovely young lady who greeted us at the front desk was truly friendly and welcoming. The establishment was impeccably clean. It couldn't have been a more perfect day for my grandchildren. My only little recommendation would be to consider introducing a "Family Package" for families with more than 3 children. Nonetheless, I do appreciate that running such a fantastic facility requires resources. Thank you for providing us with a delightful day!
