I had a terribly disappointing experience at this establishment. My little ones were not properly looked after and the staff showed little empathy or support when one of my children struggled with behavior issues. To top it off, I discovered later on that they failed to provide me with crucial information and resources that could have benefited my child.

This is an amazing center for kids. Their name, Tender Loving Kare, truly reflects the care and attention they give to the children. The management and staff are familiar with both the children and parents, which makes drop-offs easier. Additionally, when schools are closed due to bad weather, TLK is usually open, which is incredibly convenient and helpful for working parents. Before finding TLK, my children went to a center near Harmony Road that didn't offer the same level of care and support. I wholeheartedly suggest TLK to any parent looking for childcare.

It 'as been a 'uge adjustment period for my family and I; bein' that we were comin' from a different state/area. I would say so far Cadence Academy 'as done a great job with meetin' the educational needs of our little bloke. 'E 'as come such a long way in many developmental areas since we 1st enrolled 'im and it 'as only been since September! Our little bloke loves both 'is teachers! We truly appreciate the staff for their 'ard work and dedication to children.

First off, let me tell ya, my family and I were a bit wary about finding a new daycare, especially after our not-so-great experience with the last one. My little lad was dealing with some challenges that were out of our hands, makin' the search for a top-notch daycare all the more stress-inducing. Don't ask me how I stumbled upon this daycare, but I'm bloomin' glad I did. After readin' the reviews for this place and their other location, I knew I had to pop in for a visit. The staff was ever so friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helpin' me meet my son's needs. They listened to my concerns, took note of what I didn't like about our previous daycare, and offered some solid advice. Let me tell ya, ever since my son started here, he's been needin' fewer outside services. His behavior has done a complete 180, his attitude is brighter, and he's thrilled to head back to daycare each day. My little one is in the two-year-old program and I couldn't be happier seein' him learnin' new things and takin' on fresh challenges as he grows. On top of all that, they offer a preschool program too. We're never goin' anywhere else!

I absolutely adore this daycare center. The staff really knows how to kickstart the day with their beaming smiles and cheerful attitudes bright and early in the morning. My little 3-year-old adored his teachers and buddies. We reluctantly opted to withdraw our kids due to the rising COVID cases nationwide. Nevertheless, this daycare is taking all necessary precautions with temperature screenings, rigorous sanitization, and other safety measures they have in place.

My little ones attended TLK in People's Plaza over 10 years ago, and I felt confident in my decision to enroll my 3-year-old son there this year as well. The professionalism and level of care they provided back then has only grown. With all the chaos of Covid, the staff has been incredible in managing social distancing during drop off and pick up times. They conduct daily temperature checks before the children can enter the building, which reassures me that they are prioritizing safety measures. Parents are restricted to the lobby area, if permitted at all, to reduce exposure. The team excels in guiding children to their classrooms at drop off and fetching them at pick up, all while wearing big smiles. My son adores his teachers and eagerly recounts his day on the ride home. I couldn't be more satisfied with the team and facilities! I wholeheartedly recommend them.

My lass has been attending Cadence Academy for 8 months now. She absolutely adores going to daycare and gets all thrilled to see the whole team. Ms. Rachel in the baby room is always so cheerful, full of joy, and extremely mindful of all the babies' needs. She truly enjoys her work and looking after all "her babies". It's been a true blessing to drop off a wee one and not have a worry in the world. Ms. Itzy in the little one's room is always coming up with fun and creative activities for the toddlers to participate in, encouraging their growth. The management team is also very attentive and friendly. Ms. Corey always recalls the kids' names, as well as the parents, and checks in when the little ones are absent due to illness. Overall, a splendid daycare. I would highly recommend Cadence Academy to anyone!

My daughter has been on the waiting list for a year now, even before the pandemic hit. They have been telling me for months that there were no available spots. Finally, they called me and said a place had opened up for her, but the next day they called again to say she couldn't start because they didn't have enough teachers. Months passed, and now they are enrolling for the fall. My daughter is already 1 year old, and they called me to come in and fill out paperwork, but I had to cancel because I had just finished work and couldn't make it on time. When I called back to reschedule, they informed me that they no longer had a spot for her and had moved on to the next person on the waiting list. Keep in mind that we have been on the waiting list since she was about 3 months old. Just a terrible experience!

I must say, TLK and its team stole our hearts from the very beginning almost 4 years ago. Our little one has truly blossomed thanks to them! It warms my heart to hear my child say how excited they are to go to school and see their buddies and teachers. Caution, be wary and pay attention. This day care center has nursing students and strangers observing your children as if they were part of a state-run science experiment under the guise of community service. This is a highly suspicious and questionable practice, especially considering the lack of adequate teachers and other issues present in this facility. I was informed that my son was "strongly encouraged" to participate in activities and projects, but because he didn't want to do them, he wasn't forced, which is why he never brought home any reports or projects. Isn't that peculiar? I know that my son enjoys engaging in projects and activities, as that is how a 2-year-old learns. One day, my wife walked in to find a strange woman wearing a hijab who could barely speak English, watching our son being bullied by two older girls without taking any action, and that was the final straw! The lack of structure, disorganization, and free-for-all environment with rotating teachers and students, not to mention the unsettling connections with the state and Christiana Care, raises concerns about what truly goes on at this center.
Regarding Meghan Smith's review, it appears to accurately reflect our personal experience and aligns with what occurs at this center. Most of the other 5-star reviews are likely fake. I, Joe Ritter, choose not to hide behind an anonymous name out of fear of repercussions. It is crucial to expose the truth, as our children are the future!
