I popped in to check out this daycare for my little nephew. The staff were so inviting, top-notch professionals, and genuinely looked thrilled to be there. It was heartwarming to see the kids laughing and fully involved in activities. Ever since Ms. Phyllis took over as Director, there's been a remarkable transformation. I'm absolutely buzzing for my nephew to begin his journey here.

If I could give zero stars, I certainly would!! I've been to the center several times to address the unprofessional behavior of one of the staff members, but they refused to take any action. Despite being involved in every school event, my daughter was treated poorly when another teacher's child threw pumpkins at her face. When I asked the teacher to address the issue, she escalated the situation with other staff members. The director, Doreen, brushed it off as a joke and simply suggested I withdraw my child. I strongly advise against enrolling your children here!!! On top of that, my daughter would come home upset and wet, despite never having potty training issues before. Extremely unprofessional!

I absolutely adore this daycare center! My son's teacher, Miss Darenea, has been amazing since day one when she showed me around the facility. I appreciate her enthusiasm for her lessons and the goals she sets for her classroom (or "her kids" as she affectionately calls them💜). In today's world, entrusting your children to someone else can be daunting, but trust me, you won't go wrong here. The recently renovated facility is beautiful, and the atmosphere is so cheerful and lively. Big shoutout to Miss Asia and Miss Island 👍🏽, my son and I both adore you. Keep up the fantastic work, ladies! Kaius loves you all! This place truly feels like a second home 💜

I absolutely adore this daycare for my 4-year-old! She's constantly learning while she's there! Her teacher, Ms. Thee, is absolutely fantastic! Every day, my little one comes home with tales of all the activities she's enjoyed. She's always eager to head off to school! The staff at Kidz Ink Dover are truly exceptional! I'm so grateful I chose this daycare for my daughter!

I would not recommend this daycare center at all. The lack of professionalism from the staff is beyond belief. They engage in gossip and drama, even to the point where other parents can overhear. My daughter was subjected to bullying from another child who happens to be the offspring of one of the employees. This behavior is overlooked because of the worker's connection. Instead of addressing the issues, they suggest you remove your child from the center. Avoid this place at all costs.

I've got a 3-year-old lad who goes to Kidz Ink III, and I have to say the staff there has been absolutely fantastic. They're ever so kind, caring, supportive, and comforting, providing assurance that your little one is in safe hands. Ms. Darenae is absolutely brilliant! Our little one simply adores her, and she consistently keeps us in the loop with all the happenings of the day. Not only does she teach the kids yoga and sign language, but she also goes the extra mile by popping in on her day off to ensure she doesn't miss our daughter's birthday celebration. We couldn't imagine a more dedicated teacher.

My son began at this day care center almost 2 years ago, after I felt let down by his previous daycare. I was quite anxious about him starting at a new place where I didn't know anyone and was unfamiliar with the surroundings. However, my son adjusted remarkably well and has made great progress since he started attending. When I had my daughter and had to return to work just 8 weeks after giving birth (quite daunting!), I was once again nervous and unsure of what to expect from the infant room. Yet, my daughter settled in beautifully and adores her teacher. Overall, I am very satisfied with Kidz Ink Dover!

Ever since me daughter started coming 'ere, she 'as 'ad such a great experience. She's really connected with 'er teachers and be constantly advancing in 'er education there! The staff works well and is very understanding with scheduling as needed. I would definitely recommend this daycare to me mate.

I 'ave two daughters (a 4 month old and a 2 year old) who both attend Kidz Ink in Dover 5 days a week, and I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone lookin' for childcare in the area. The teachers are great about postin' pictures and updates on the app throughout the day, so I always know how things are goin' with both kids. I feel comfortable knowin' my children are safe and loved throughout the day, especially since they spend so much time there durin' the week. We just love Ms. Ashley/Ms. Patty (infant room) and Ms. Stephanie/Ms. Jaida (younger twos) - they're all amazin'!

I have been sending my baby boy to this establishment since February and I must say, the carers in the infant room are absolutely fantastic. They are incredibly kind, patient, and keep me well informed - which really calms this new mama's nerves. My little one adores Ms. Ashley and is always in high spirits when I leave him there! I appreciate how they engage even the youngest ones in art and craft activities, and regularly send updates and photos throughout the day. It truly warms a parent's heart to head to work knowing their precious little one is in such capable hands! The management team is top-notch too, it's clear they prioritize the well-being of the children above all else.
